HRI delivers a seamless HR function for companies focusing on the recruitment and retention of staff, producing all necessary documentation, from job descriptions to cost management for business planning, as well as budgeting for new entities and or existing groups.
As an example, we currently have a team on site in a local Islamic bank managing all their recruitment and processing. It’s very cost effective for them as they have no need for agencies. We offer this as a project service, on or off site for multiple hires, or a fixed period or long term.
Where appropriate, we manage relationships with all recruitment vendors, maintaining positive relationships with current partners whilst assessing the performance of all vendors against KPIs and developing new external partnerships when necessary to leave the bank with an effective suite of service providers for the future, all on the same terms.

Our managed services experience is as wide as it is deep;
Oracle: Set up a PSL to service all their clients’ needs on the back of projects won by the company, 12 staff in house. Cost savings of 30% to client with revenues in excess of $15m USD for client.
EDS: 3 staff on site managing over 300 vacancies, managing a PSL and filtering for HR.
A program for localized employment with a national bank to find locals to work from home, a mixture of housewives, students and the retired.
A country wide road show taking on 9 locations, interviewing, testing and processing to train and then co ordinate an in house team of 2.
A global resourcing program for the Westin Hotel in Dubai, through a road show in 12 countries taking our staff to each and setting up resource days for HR and management.
